Photo Bomber is a site on the Moti Network that has a collection of 'bombed' photos which entail a picture that was spoiled due to a person who appears in the background (Him/her being there with the exact objective to ruin the photo) and makes funny faces; being completely inappropriate or just being there.
Photo Bombing is quite an attraction to many people just trying to annoy or spoil others' photos and generally speaking you find that your photo has been bombed when it is far too late to change it.
As well as all the other sites on the Moti Network, Photo Bomber also has a forum section where you can post your own funny Bombing stories, get to know other members of the site and have a laugh or two reading other members' stories.
The forum section also has a Rank system that is directly based off of the amount of posts you make in the corresponding forum.
As well as having an Administrator running the whole Moti Network, Photo Bomber also has a dedicated team of Moderators who see to that all users follow the rules and approve/reject the Submissions to the site.
UPDATE: As of 2016, Photo Bomber is offline and its domain name is for sale. Its contents were not archived.
